How It Works
Booking with Mix and Vibe is easy — and your cocktail experience will be smooth from start to finish.
Once your event is confirmed, we’ll send you our Signature & Classic Cocktail / Mocktail Menu. From there, you can choose up to 4 cocktails for your event, or feel free to request your own favourites — it doesn’t have to be from our list!
After you’ve made your selections, we’ll provide you with a custom shopping list of spirits and liqueurs to purchase. (We typically calculate around 4 cocktails per guest to help guide quantities.)
We take care of the rest — including:
- Fresh juices
- Cocktail syrups & mixers
- Garnishes & ice
- All necessary bartending tools and glassware
- Custom design cocktail bar
Unlimited Cocktails, Unforgettable Service
Our standard service time is 4 hours, with unlimited cocktails during that time — we mix as many as your guests can enjoy! Need more time? No problem — service can be extended upon request.
Most importantly, we serve responsibly. Our bartenders keep a close eye on guests to ensure everyone is safe, and we reserve the right to stop service if someone has had too much. Your event is our priority — and so is your guests’ well-being
